I am writing to extend my grateful thanks for the excellent service I received during my recent course of treatment. You have been so kind and sympathetic to me and I appreciate all the patience you have shown and the time you have taken to ensure my comfort and ease. You have gone out of your way to make what was a very challenging time for me much easier with your encouragement and empathy. Please also pass on my thanks to Ashleigh who is always so pleasant and so professional in her duties. Thanks, too, to Jenny who is always keen to help. The staff at the Berkeley Clinic are exceptional in the level of customer care they show. Good luck to you all in the future.
Dear Mike, I just wanted to say thank you very much for your patience and understanding and for doing such an excellent job on my teeth (in the words of the song "All I want for Christmas is my two (back) teeth"). It really is a huge relief to have these fixed and with relatively little trauma -well for me at least! I never thought I would say this to a dentist, but it's been a pleasure! Thanks also to your team for their friendly and helpful service.
It has taken me at least 10 years to finally address the look and condition of my teeth and it is not an exaggeration to say that meeting and being treated at The Berkeley Clinic has been a life changing experience for me. They have helped me feel more confident about myself and fully changed the way I feel about dental treatment forever.
Dear Katrina. Just wanted to write to Say thanks for looking after me! I had wanted to get my teeth whitened but had heard some stories that put me off. You and your nurse put me at ease and explained the process so I least I knew what to expect. The treatment itself was nothing like any of the stories I’d heard and was so glad I decided to come to The Berkeley Clinic - the whole thing was so much easier than I thought it would be.
Jamie, thank you for agreeing to treat me. I know that treating a fellow dental professional can be challenging. Thanks for taking the time to make me comfortable with treatment. I am aware that a dentist who is also slightly phobic does have a degree of irony about it. Thanks for the excellent work and lack of pain.
I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Mike Gow for what he has done for me. I for many years was convinced that I had a serious oral problem with what I thought was some form of growth in my mouth. This meant that my fear of seeing a Dentist became over whelming. Over the period I had many appointments made and broken with various Dentists as when it came to the point my fear took over.
When Mike became involved he took the time over several e-mails and phone calls to convince me to come and chat to him on an informal basis. We arranged to meet over coffee away from the surgery and he took time to reassure me and his relaxed manner helped me to make and keep an appointment with him. Once treatment commenced and my fear were allayed I found it easier than I thought and completed my treatment, which has made a fantastic difference to me.
Mike went the extra mile to help me, which if he had not done I may still be in the same position, and I am very grateful for everything he has done for me and take this opportunity to thank him again.
