Latest Technology, Highest Quality Of Dental Care

At the Berkeley Clinic we only want the best for you, so we only use the best.

Our highly skilled dental team are trained to use the most advanced digital equipment; CAD/CAM, digital technology which stands for Computer – Aided Design and Computer- Aided Manufacturing. Digital technologies are changing our everyday lives. Similarly, in dentistry, they are essential for achieving results, quickly, simply and efficiently.

Chipped your tooth? Or do you need a filling replaced?

With the use of CAD/CAM digital technology, you can have same day dental restoration! This means that you can have your chipped tooth restored and your old fillings replaced in-house, the same day.

At The Berkeley Clinic, we are using the latest technology so no matter how simple or complex the restoration, we have you covered. Just pop into our award-winning clinic, where you can relax in our lounge and will be made to feel right at home.

How does it work?

We start off the process by taking 3D scans of your teeth with the revolutionary CEREC omnicam. It’s like a virtual journey in your mouth!

This easy and pain-free scan will be done in seconds, generating an exact replica of your teeth in natural colour without the need for a prior coating with powder or spray. This spray is used to make the teeth more visible and make sure all parts of the impression are recorded properly, however often patients find the taste of this unpleasant. No need to worry about this with our advanced scanner, as it can pick up the shape and shade of your teeth even when your mouth is wet with moisture.

Once the scan is complete, using CAD/CAM technology you can have crowns, veneers, inlays and onlays provided within the hour. The materials used to mill these are ceramic or resin-based, which allows our dentists to create natural-looking results for you!

Digital impressions prevent the need for impression materials to be placed in your mouth for long periods of time, which can often cause discomfort. This advanced technology allows you to feel more comfortable throughout your dental procedure.

With this painless, no-fuss procedure your teeth can be restored at your convenience in a single visit with the highest quality ceramic dental restorations that fit perfectly. This decreases anxiety about coming to the dentist multiple times.

What kind of results can I expect from CAD/CAM technology?

You won’t be able to tell the difference between your new teeth and your natural teeth.

Not only are they durable but will allow you to eat normally without any discomfort or worry. Also, the accuracy of the shape of your new teeth will prevent gaps between crowns and surrounding teeth. Your results will have you oozing with confidence.
