The Berkeley Clinic team is participating in this event every year by informing the patients about the importance of good oral health. Here are the 3 key messages of this year’s Smile Month campaign:

  • Brush your teeth for two minutes twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste
  • Cut down on how often you have sugary foods and drinks
  • Visit your dentist regularly, as often as they recommend.
